Terms of use
These general terms explain how website information, trials and class arrangements should be understood.
Course descriptions, durations, schedules and fees are guidance rather than a guaranteed offer. The academy confirms the current teacher, timetable, lesson length, currency, payment method and fee before enrollment.
A trial helps the learner and teacher assess suitability. A trial does not guarantee a particular teacher, permanent time slot, result or completion date. Regular classes begin only after the academy confirms the arrangement with the learner or guardian.
Progress depends on attendance, practice, starting level, age, teacher feedback and the learner's circumstances. Course completion, memorization, fluency, certificates and formal Ijazah cannot be guaranteed by attendance alone.
Families should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or timing changes. Rescheduling, missed-class treatment, teacher substitutions and holidays should be agreed directly with the academy before payment.
A parent or guardian is responsible for enrollment, scheduling, device access and appropriate supervision for a child. Concerns about conduct, privacy or lesson suitability should be reported promptly to the academy.
The reader and audio tools are supplementary resources, not a substitute for qualified Tajweed instruction. External Mushaf files, audio providers, WhatsApp and other linked services have their own availability and terms.
Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its services, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person or reproduce third-party Quran files beyond the permissions provided by their publisher.
