Privacy notice
This notice explains the information involved when you inquire about online Quran classes and how it should be handled.
When you contact or register, you may provide a name, parent or guardian name, phone number, email address, country, learner age, current Quran level, course interest, preferred class time and optional notes.
We use this information to reply to your inquiry, recommend a suitable learning path, arrange a trial, match a teacher, manage scheduling and provide class support. We do not ask for payment-card details through this website.
A parent or legal guardian should submit and manage inquiries for children. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information about a child in the notes field.
Submitting an inquiry opens WhatsApp with the details you entered. WhatsApp then processes that information under its own privacy terms. The Quran reader may load published Mushaf files from an external provider, which can receive standard technical request information such as an IP address.
The website does not maintain a public learner account or database. Messages received by the academy may be retained for enrollment, class administration, safeguarding, payment records or legal obligations. Information should only be shared with teachers or service providers when needed to deliver the requested classes.
You may ask the academy to correct or delete inquiry information that is no longer needed, subject to any record-keeping obligations. You can also choose to contact the academy by phone or email instead of WhatsApp.
Questions may be sent to Qarisajidmahmood67@gmail.com. See also our terms of use.
